Slotting

Slotting tools enable precise cutting of slots with different slot widths.

MS8 – a standard solution for most box styles. Provides precise cutting for 3- and 5-layer board.
MS12 – a wider slotting module for 7-layer board, creating slots tailored to boxes made from thicker material.

Using both modules in one setup reduces the need to retool the machine when working with thin and thick blanks. This saves time and streamlines the production of different box types.

Longitudinal tools

Longitudinal tools perform precise cutting and creasing along the full length of corrugated board sheets.

Standard tools – Easy to use and designed for basic cutting and creasing tasks.
Individually driven tools – Allow faster tool positioning and instant format changes. Ideal for frequent changeovers and short-run production where time and flexibility matter most.

Using both tool sets in one setup eliminates the need for special retooling when working with thin and thick blanks, saving time and increasing production efficiency.

Die-cutting

Die-cutting modules enable precise cutting of openings, handles, perforations and structural elements, for example for FEFCO 427 or 422 boxes.

1 MD1 module – a compact solution for basic die-cutting operations
2 MD1 modules – greater flexibility, die grouping and support for more complex structures
MRDC (*available soon) – an in-line rotary die-cutter for die-cut boxes, non-standard shapes and higher production volumes

A single module can hold 2 or 4 dies. With two MD1 modules, larger dies can be used, depending on the cutting line length and board quality.

Cross-cutting

The cross-cutting module accurately cuts corrugated board to the required length.

Standard tools – for precise cross-cutting while the blank is stopped
INLINE Module – for fast cross-cutting without stopping the blank

The INLINE Module increases process efficiency and is well suited to high-volume production.

Glue flap creasing

A creasing roller flattens the glue flap at the joint, ensuring the box is even, durable and easier to stack.

Printing

Printing modules apply graphics, pictograms, markings and codes directly onto corrugated board packaging.

MINI FLEXO – 1 or 2 heads for small pictograms, instructions and coding in selected areas of the box
JETBOX – digital printing without printing plates, ideal for personalization, QR codes, barcodes, numbering and short runs
FLEXO Module (*available soon) – a classic solution for high-volume sequential printing, larger graphics and logos
