FLEXOMAT is a modern flexographic printer designed for applying single or two-color prints directly onto corrugated board blanks. Belt Conveyor

The belt conveyor is responsible for transporting blanks between individual components of the production line. It also serves as a time buffer, ensuring smooth operation and optimizing the workflow rhythm of the entire system. The device is custom-designed — its length and width are selected based on the dimensions of the blanks used and the layout of the line.

The conveyor is most commonly installed between the flexographic printer and a Boxmat series machine, as well as between the Boxmat machine and the automatic folder. Thanks to its robust construction and the ability to integrate with other modules, the belt conveyor is an essential component of automated cardboard box production.

Boxmat Box Making Machine

The heart of the automatic corrugated boxes production line is one of the available versions of the Boxmat machine — an advanced device for manufacturing corrugated cardboard boxes. The Boxmat is responsible for key operations like formatting, creasing, cutting, and slotting, enabling the creation of a wide range of packaging styles compliant with the FEFCO standard—all without the need for cutting dies or special tools.

The machine allows for rapid changeovers in under a minute, and thanks to its large touchscreen display and the INTELIGO System, operation is intuitive and flexible. An external encoder controls blank dimensions, while a set of 10 sectional slotting knives ensures high precision and repeatability. The option for remote diagnostics and updates via VPN facilitates ongoing technical support.

BOXES FOLDING SYSTEM

This boxes folding system automates the folding of blanks after glue has been applied. It’s most commonly used for producing boxes from the FEFCO 2xx and 5xx groups. The folding process uses carriers mounted on pneumatic actuators, ensuring smooth, precise, and repeatable operation.
