Each corrugated board feeder (except the Heavyweight Feeder) can be quickly installed thanks to the plug & play system based on the Igus Module Connect solution. Special modular connectors and guides ensure safe and trouble-free connection of power, control, and pneumatics to the base machine. Standard Feeder (STD)
The default corrugated board feeder included with every Boxmat machine. It enables picking sheets from a stack and delivering them precisely into the machine.
Vacuum Feeder (VF)
A modern vacuum feeding table designed to increase precision and workflow smoothness. Instead of the standard feeding mechanism, it uses a suction system that stabilizes the sheet and guides it smoothly into the machine — without the need for operator intervention.
The vacuum feeder performs perfectly in both short and long runs and works with various types of board — making it a popular choice as the most versatile feeder for Boxmat machines.
Fanfold Feeder (FF)
A solution for companies using fanfold corrugated board. It allows feeding from 1 to 4 webs simultaneously, depending on production needs.
Lightweight Feeder (LWF)
Automatic scissor-type corrugated board feeder that picks sheets directly from a pallet — eliminating the need for manual loading or transferring sheets to the table. This significantly reduces production setup time and eases the operator’s workload.
A recommended solution for short and frequent runs, where quick changeovers and smooth transitions between jobs are essential.
Heavyweight Feeder (HWF)
Large-format corrugated board feeder designed to work with a hydraulic lift. Intended for heavy and oversized sheets with high grammage.
