The JETBOX digital printer for corrugated board enables direct printing on the cardboard at the very beginning of the production process. The system operates in an inline mode, eliminating additional operations and ensuring full production continuity.
Digital printer for corrugated board in packaging production
JETBOX digital printer for corrugated board is a system integrated with Boxmat machines, enabling direct printing on the cardboard sheet before further processing. Printing is performed from the bottom side of the sheet as the first stage of the process, ensuring high repeatability and precise print positioning in relation to subsequent operations.
The system enables printing of text, barcodes, symbols, graphics, serial numbers, as well as logistics markings and BMC labels. Print designs and positions can be stored in the system memory, which reduces production setup time and improves efficiency in handling repeat orders.
The JETBOX inkjet printer works with the HMI panel of Boxmat HD, Boxmat PRO X and Boxmat MODULAR, ensuring full synchronization of printing with other stages of the process. Control is managed from a single interface, simplifying operation and maintaining production continuity.
Key features of the JETBOX corrugated board printer
Digital printing
Direct application of text, codes, graphics, and logistics markings onto the cardboard, without the need for additional operations.
Full integration with Boxmat
Print control via the HMI panel, with full synchronization across the entire production process.
Printing before cutting
Printing is carried out as the first stage of the process, from the underside of the sheet, before any further processing.
Project and settings storage
Ability to save print designs and positions, reducing setup time for repeat jobs.
Flexible printhead configuration
Modular printhead layout allows adjustment of print width and positioning to production requirements.
Multi-position printing
Printing can be applied in multiple areas of the sheet, both along and across the corrugated board.
Print width per module: 210 mm (8.25”), with 3 heads (3 × 70 mm)
Option to combine or separate print areas
Maximum print width: 840 mm (4 modules – 2 per axis)
Maximum sheet size: 2400 mm (94”)
Print resolution: 360 dpi
Supported file format: *.tif
Single-color printing (optional two colors – one per axis)
Fast-drying oil-based ink
Multi-position printing – along and across the box
Intuitive graphical interface
Independent ink supply system for each axis
Automatic vacuum cleaning of printheads
Print positioning accuracy: ±1 mm
Minimum input sheet size – depends on the integrated machine
Integration with Boxmat packaging production machines
The JETBOX digital printer for corrugated board operates in full synchronization with Boxmat machines and cardboard feeders. Control is handled via the HMI panel, without the need for additional software.
Printing is carried out at the beginning of the process, from the underside of the sheet, before further processing. This ensures precise print positioning relative to the die-cut and high repeatability in production.
The system allows saving print designs and settings, enabling quick access to previously used configurations. Its modular design allows printing in multiple positions, depending on production requirements.
Applications of the digital printer for corrugated board in packaging production
The JETBOX corrugated board printer is used in facilities producing corrugated packaging for various industries, including furniture, home appliances, automotive, logistics, and e-commerce.
The system is particularly effective where production flexibility and fast change of markings are essential. It enables direct printing on the cardboard during the process, without the need for additional equipment or operations. JETBOX ensures efficient and repeatable marking of packaging, regardless of batch size or order type.
