The robotic arm is based on the Yaskawa MOTOMAN platform – one of the most reliable and respected robotic systems in the world. Its advanced design and precise motion control ensure that the palletizing process runs quickly, smoothly and without errors.
The robot works in full synchronization with BOXMAT machines, picking up finished boxes and stacking them into perfectly aligned piles. With six axes of movement and a wide working range, it can handle boxes of various shapes and sizes. Its compact design allows it to operate even in limited spaces without the risk of collision.
A high torque output and a payload capacity of up to 180 kg guarantee stable, maintenance-free operation even under heavy loads. This solution increases production line efficiency and eliminates the need for manual handling – delivering full automation of the final stage of box production.
